Busche acquires Citation Albion
Production Machining Facility

Today Busche and Citation Corporation finalized negotiations toward the purchase by Busche of Citation's 68,000 square foot production machining facility located in Albion, Indiana. The Citation Albion facility, located at 1612 Progress Drive, provides precision machining services for a variety of industrial customers.

The Citation Albion facility will be added as Plant 8, a satellite operation to Busche's other production facilities located in the Albion and Kendallville, Indiana areas. Busche's total manufacturing area will now surpass 390,000 square feet under roof. With the addition of the Citation Albion facility, Busche will expand its technical capabilities into bar stock machining and will immediately increase its production volume by over 5% and production capacity by over 10%.

Busche expects to begin an immediate production expansion at the new Albion facility and anticipates to double production employment at the plant by the end of 2010.
